New Business Development/Account Manager

Pump Interactive, A small interactive marketing company is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and experienced Sales Professional with interactive agency experience (or similar experience) to join our team. You will be responsible for new revenues by identifying new account opportunities and developing and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities include

• Identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and working through the stages of the sales cycle to close new business
• Estimate project costs with the assistance of the Principals and create accurate proposals and statements of work for prospects and clients.
• Contribute to ongoing sales, marketing, and product strategy
• Track and report on sales activities with our CRM and other tools
• Qualify prospects and close sales for new business
• Need to have excellent prospecting skills. ( Attending networking events, outbound calls, Contact key decision makers )
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to communicate the value of our services
• Maintain regular contact with existing and past clients

Web Developer

We're looking to expand our talented team with an experienced web developer. The ideal candidate should have exceptional HTML / CSS skills, along with strong understanding and ability to work within open source frameworks, content management systems and blogging platforms.
Required Skills:

• HTML / CSS mastery
• Extensive experience using PHP and MySQL
• Extensive experience using JavaScript
• Experience with CMS and blogging systems
• Slicing with Photoshop

Beneficial Skills:

• Extensive experience with Adobe CS
• Flash development and Action Scripting
• Solid understanding of design principles
• Experience with Apache web server
• Experience with Linux based systems
