Scott Haggar's place at Pump is on the web design side of the business, which is great, because that's where his creative genius can work its magic. Scott graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design in 2004, and has since worked as a freelance designer for agencies and a variety of organizations. He loves the evolving web landscape and has a passion for innovation in web solutions, which deepens his professional knowledge and personal enjoyment at work. But don't mistake his infatuation with a scattered approach – Scott is equally enamored with Pump's quality processes and attention to detail. In Scott's mind, a client engaged in the process is a client thrilled with the product.

Sean's place at Pump is in the driver's seat, because he's the guy behind Pump's innovative business solutions. He has some serious enthusiasm for web development. He's also a dedicated and thorough researcher. As a result, Sean brings constant expansion of Pump's technical abilities and continual implementation of new technology. His love of web development is backed by five years of web programming experience and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.

Aaron Caldwell joined Pump right off the ski hill. Formerly the e-marketing manager for Sunshine Village near Banff, Aaron brings eight years of experience in interactive and internet marketing to Pump's projects. A certified Google Professional, Aaron was recently recognized as a finalist in the Alberta MediaFresh Awards and the Canadian e-Tourism Awards. Aaron believes in strategic project management, sticking to budgets and innovation in web design. He finds clients are just happier that way.
